«IDera» hotel accommodation rules
- The hotel is designed for temporary residence of citizens for the period agreed with the hotel administration. Upon the agreed term expiry, the guest must leave at the hotel administration request. If the guest wishes to extend the period of stay, he/she should inform a receptionist of the hotel not later than 2 hours before the check-out time – 12 noon, local time. The extension of stay in the same room is possible only in case of absence of a confirmed reservation in favor of third parties.
- The check-out time is 12 noon, local time. The check-in time is 3 p.m., local time.
- Accommodation (sharing a room) in the hotel is arranged (is possible) only with a guest passport according Law 1853 Russian Federation by 18 November 2020.
The foreign citizens must also present (have) the migration card and Visa (in case of check-in). The above-mentioned documents are necessary for foreign citizens registration in the Federal migration service of the Russian Federation in accordance with the requirements of current Russian Federation legislation according Law 109 Russian federation by 18 July 2006 - The hotel administration has the right to conclude the contract for room booking. Reservation manager accepts the bookings from organizations and physical persons in writing or by phone. Booking the room the guest can choose the room category, but the right to choose the particular room of necessary category belongs to the hotel administration.
- The payment for accommodation and hotel services including insurance premiums and mortgage payments is carried (realized) according to the approved by hotel management price list. The payment is made in rubles by cash money, by Bank transfer according to the booking contract or by payment with credit cards. The accommodation in the hotel is made only after the guest prepayment for all period of stay. The receptionist should give to the guest the fiscal check when he arrives. The final bill for all services is given to the guest’s during check-out (before departure).
- The payment for accommodation service is made according to the check-out time – from 12 o’clock, local time. If the guest arrives during the night from 22:00 till 08:00 the accommodation in room is realized only till check-out time and if a guest wants to extend the accommodation please see the point 1 of this document.
During the accommodation less than 24 hours the payment is raised for full day irrespective of the time of arrival and departure. - For a stay of children to 6 years old (family accommodation) without giving to the child the separate bed is free of charge.
- The guest accommodation in booked room till check-out time is possible only with preliminary agreement with Front office staff of the hotel. In this case it’s necessary to pay the additional payment in the amount of 50% of total sum for room.
- In case of guest’s delay after check-out time not more than 12 hours, it’s necessary to pay for half a day. If the delay after check out time is more than 12 hours, it’s necessary to pay for all day.
- If the guest refuses to stay in the hotel or reduces the period of stay the hotel administration has the right to retain from the guest’s (the guarantor’s) pre-payment, a sum for one night. This amount is the payment for the room reservation on the name of the guest for all period of stay in the hotel.
- The guest’s request and with the consent of the administration, the presence of unauthorized persons is allowed in the room from 08:00 AM to 11:00 PM; the guests (visitor) should so present at the reception the passport and to receive the guest card.
- In the case of a (guest’s) visitor’s delay after 11:00 PM or enter in the hotel by a registered guest of a third person during the night (from 11:00 PM to 08:00 AM) these persons shall be performed as sharing a room in the guest room. For such sharing the guests should pay according to the approved in the hotel IDera price list.
- The change of bed linen towels and are carried out once in три days. At the guest’s request may be made an unscheduled change of underwear.
- The hotel provides his guests with the following kinds of services free of charge.
• Wi-Fi in all hotel territory
• Baby cot
• Children up to 6 years old in the room with parents free of charge
• Ambulance call
• Taxi call
• Use of individual safe wakeup to a specific time - In accordance with a hotel price-list and register for additional services, the hotel offers guests, upon their wish, additional services.
- The hotel bears no responsibility for operation of urban services (emergency shutdown of electricity and heat, water).
- The guest is obliged to: Сlose the taps, windows, turn off the lights, radio and television, when leaving the room. Comply with the internal accommodation policies affirmed in the hotel IDera, be clean, quiet, and keep the peace in the room and the hotel. Strictly follow the rules of fire safety. Compensate for damages in case of a loss, harm or damage to the hotel property. the damage assessment is made on the basis of the “price list for damage to the hotel property”. Bear responsibility for the actions of the visitors invited to their room. Timely and fully pay for all the additional services provided by the hotel.
- It’s forbidden in the hotel:
• To let outsiders stay alone in the room, as well as giving them a key from the room
• To keep bulky items, flammable materials, weapons, chemical and radioactive substances, mercury
• To smoke , as well as in the hotel halls and corridors. To disturb guests staying in neighboring rooms. - All the hotel rooms are non-smoking rooms according Law 15 Russian Federation by 23 February 2013
- The hotel is pet-friendly decorative breed of small size, excluding exotic species. Accommodation with animals is charged an additional fee: 1000 rubles per day.
- In case the guest violates accommodation rules of the hotel administration bears no responsibility for loss of guest’s valuables kept in the room. In case of finding forgotten things, the administration takes measures to return them to their owner.
- The book of comments and suggestions is located at the reception and is given at the request of customers.
- The hotel administration has the right to enter in the room without guests’ agreement in case of smoke, fire, flood, as well as in case of violation of accommodation public order, the order of use of household appliances.
- The hotel has a right to terminate the contract for rendering of accommodation services unilaterally or refuse to extend stay in case a guest violates rules of accommodation, does late payment for hotel services and causes material damage to the hotel
- If a guest has been missing for more than 6 hours since the moment of his/her check-time, the hotel administration is entitled to create a commission and make an inventory of property kept in the room. Material values in the form of cash, precious metals, valuable documents are taken on own responsibility of the hotel administration. All the other property is held in a room service.
- In case of complaints arising from the side of a customer, administration takes all possible measures for arrangement of a conflict, as required by the law.
- In cases not set by the present rules, the hotel administration and the customer follow the existing legislation of the Russian
Certificate of assignment of category No. 77/AA-110/2376-2024 dated October 22, 2024.
