The price includes:
- Accommodation in a room with a kitchen: induction cooker, mini-fridge, microwave oven, kitchen utensils (pots, pans, grater, etc.), dishes and cutlery, water filter, tea station (kettle, tea and coffee making sets);
- Internet Wi-Fi, Smart TV;
- In the bathroom: shower cabin with tropical shower, toilet installation, hygienic shower, heated towel rail, towels, cosmetic accessories;
- Cleaning and change of bed linen every 3 days.
Laundry services and breakfast can be ordered separately (for an additional fee).
When staying with animals: + 15,000 rubles / 30 days. Refundable deposit 30,000 rubles.
Booking is possible only with 100% prepayment upon arrival or online. In case of partial cancellation of the booking (shortening of the stay), the cost of the stay will be recalculated according to open rates.
